<p>Binance is making operational changes, including terminating its partnership with Central American payment processor Advance Cash and ending peer-to-peer transactions with Russian-sanctioned banks. The exchange has also been distancing itself from payment processors in Europe and the Americas amid ongoing investigations by the US Department of Justice for money laundering, sanctions evasion, and potential fraud. The Securities and Exchange Commission has also lodged a complaint against Binance Global, Binance.US, and their CEO for alleged breaches of federal securities rules, while the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission is also involved in the case.</p>
