Bucharest, October 31st, 2023 – Revolut, the global financial super app with more than 35 million customers worldwide, upgraded its list of tokens offered to the customers, topping 120 cryptocurrencies, and boosted its educational content Learn with new courses dedicated to partner tokens, the last one added being Axelar. 
Over the last year, the financial super app has expanded its list of tokens by 50% compared to August 2022, now offering over 120 cryptocurrencies. The Learn section includes dedicated educational content for selected tokens and technologies, with Axelar being the latest addition. Since its launch in July 2022, Learn has successfully transformed technical crypto jargon into accessible information for a broader audience. More than 4 million crypto enthusiasts have completed at least one of the 18 lessons on crypto in-app, regardless of age, gender, residence, or skills. Revolut’s Learn&nbsp; courses aim to enhance customers’ knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchains, and the most popular tokens and protocols. 
The new course consists of 3 lessons and is available to Revolut customers in the UK, EEA and Singapore. Customers in the EEA will be able to earn up to 3 EUR in WAXL tokens by taking short and simple courses and passing the quiz. No rewards are available to UK customers. The reward a customer can receive for completing a lesson will be shown in the Revolut app before starting each lesson, denominated in a user’s local currency (like EUR), but the reward will be in a cryptocurrency token and added to the user’s Revolut crypto balance (for example: “EUR 3 of WAXL tokens”), only after completing the quiz. 
According to internal data (analysed in an aggregated and anonymised form), half of the customers attending at least one lesson fall into the age segment 25-44 y.o., showing the relevance of Learn among different generations of crypto enthusiasts and the inclusive approach of the educational tool. At least 12% of the European respondents to a survey conducted by Dynata on behalf of Revolut, in July 2023, reported that they were considering investing in cryptocurrencies. The highest favorability towards cryptocurrencies was registered among Bulgarian consumers (24%), followed by Poles (15%) and Hungarians (15%). 
Revolut plans to add more courses to Learn, by the end of the year, and to offer increasing access to consumers to better control their finances and give them safe access to new tools and technologies. 
Revolut Ltd, a company established in the United Kingdom, offers a wide range of financial products through its financial superapp, and crypto is one of its most popular features. There are several ways to buy and sell crypto on Revolut. Customers can set up a stop or limit order so they don’t have to time the market, or use the Recurring Buy feature to average out volatility. Customers can also roundup any spare change in a cryptocurrency of their choice. 
Cryptoassets are unregulated. Funds are not protected by compensation schemes and their price is extremely volatile. Tax could be payable on gains. 
Depending on the market particularities, all the courses, or selected Learn courses, are available for the customers in the UK, EEA, Australia, Singapore, Brazil. Rewards for completing courses are not available to UK customers. Revolut Learn was picked as a ”top cryptocurrency star” in the second edition of the Pulse Report, issued by the FinTech consultancy 11FSin 2022, for its ”fun and simple approach”.
