 <p>Throughout the <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" title="trial" href="https://thebittimes.com/tag/trial.html">trial</a>, several key witnesses, including former Alameda Research CEO Caroline Ellison, former <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" title="FTX" href="https://thebittimes.com/tag/ftx.html">FTX</a> Director of Engineering Nishad Singh, and former <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" title="FTX" href="https://thebittimes.com/tag/ftx.html">FTX</a> Chief Technology Officer Gary Wang, have testified under oath that Bankman-Fried not only knew about but also directed actions related to the alleged misappropriation of customer funds.  <p>It also emerged that FTX used billions in customer funds for Binance stake buyback.</p>
