<p>Jonathan Farnell, former head of Binance UK and CEO of Bifinity, has left the company amid mounting regulatory pressure and a crackdown by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) on crypto advertising. Farnell had played a central role in Binance’s efforts to get regulated in the UK, but the FCA’s new rules prompted Binance to stop accepting new customers in the UK last week. Farnell’s resignation follows a string of executive departures from Binance, including regional head Gleb Kostarev and general manager for the CIS region Vladimir Smerkis. It is unclear who may succeed Farnell in the UK.</p>
