Nigeria’s Minister of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy, Bosun Tijani has unveiled a partnership with IHS Towers, pledging N1 billion towards the establishment of the 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) Learning Community. This collaborative initiative is an integral part of the newly launched 3MTT program and aims to set up learning communities across all 36 states of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). 
One of the standout features of this partnership is IHS Towers’ commitment to funding the salaries of 37 dedicated learning community managers in each location for the next three(3) years, marking a substantial investment in Nigeria’s tech education landscape. 
According to Bosun Tijani, “Most states will have multiple learning communities which will be self-organizing.”
