This initiative aims to promote the adoption of improved privacy within public blockchain systems. Namada is a multichain privacy protocol that focuses on asset-agnostic privacy across various blockchains, leveraging zero-knowledge cryptography. It uses a ZK-powered layer to allow users to prove that they are authorized to make a transaction without revealing the details of the transaction itself. 
The primary goal of the Namada Community Builders Program is to assemble a network of individuals and communities. This network will be dedicated to creating a portal that acts as a bridge between public and private digital domains. Participants in this program will be able to collaborate, exchange knowledge, and actively contribute to <a href="https://financefeeds.com/seeking-grants-namada-blockchain-proposes-airdrop-in-deal-with-osmosis-privacy-blockchain/">the evolution of digital privacy</a>. 
As an incentive, the Anoma Foundation is allocating 10,000,000 NAM tokens exclusively for select participants of the program. These tokens will be encoded into the genesis block of the Namada blockchain after the Retroactive Public Goods Funding (RPGF) Round concludes. This RPGF Round, scheduled from November 20 to 26, aims to honor and reward early community members of the <a href="https://financefeeds.com/namada-proposes-nam-airdrop-to-zcash-holders-as-part-of-strategic-alliance/">Namada protocol</a> who contributed to the project's achievements. Such recognition provides these Community Builders a special chance to be appreciated and rewarded before the official launch of the mainnet. 
Moreover, Namada has established various mechanisms to financially support initiatives that prioritize privacy as a public commodity. These include Shielded Set Rewards (a form of Continuous Public Goods Funding or CPGF) and a Public Goods Funding (PGF) feature. The latter enables stewards chosen by governance to finance public goods across diverse domains.

The Anoma Foundation, a Swiss non-profit organization, plays a crucial role in supporting and overseeing the development of public goods. The foundation's primary mission is to introduce a novel approach to constructing blockchain infrastructure layers, simplifying the path for web2.5 applications to achieve full decentralization. 
During the <a href="https://financefeeds.com/how-anoma-and-namada-plan-to-enable-intents-on-ethereum-ethcc-highlights/">EthCC event in Paris</a>, the co-founders of the blockchain architecture protocol Anoma, Adrian Brink and Christopher Goes, along with their partner Namada, presented several updates on their projects. Mr Brink introduced a novel method for conducting anonymous token swaps on the Cosmos-based exchange, Osmosis. This new feature, known as "Shielded Swaps," enables users on Osmosis to privately exchange tokens on a blockchain that doesn't inherently support privacy features. 
Namada employs an innovative incentivization approach known as "shielded set rewards" to provide rewards to multi-chain users who contribute to enhancing privacy for all other Namada users.
