Spoiler alert: our designers elevated the user interface  to a whole new level of awesomeness and comfortability while the  development team fine-tuned our detection mechanisms and prepared a pack  of new risk detectors.</p><p>And we nearly missed mentioning the most exciting part — the W3A API is officially up and running!</p><p>Are you ready to dive into these upgrades? Let’s not waste any time then!</p><h2 id="header-0">Full-blown interface redesign</h2><img src="https://academy-public.coinmarketcap.com/srd-optimized-uploads/0d077caf037d46b78ff3d41e037edd09.png" /><p>As  W3A continues to gain traction and guard thousands of people from web3  dangers, we thought it needs a revamp, complementing its impactful  mission.</p><p>So,  our design team reconsidered the existing interface and its elements  and came up with truly stunning visuals. However, the makeover is not  only about the looks. The new interface is even more user-friendly and  easy to grasp by expert web3 users and newcomers alike. We’ve made sure  to prominently highlight all essential elements to ensure you won’t  overlook critical risks or suspicious contract behavior when conducting  transactions.</p><p>Don’t want to boast, but the new design looks amazing. Go check it out yourself!</p><h2 id="header-1">Detection of new risks</h2><p>Our  ultimate goal is to protect you from all possible web3-specific scams  and risks, so we constantly upgrade our risk detection mechanisms.</p><p>Starting from this version, three new risks have no chance to escape the watchful eye of Web3 Antivirus. These are:</p><h3 id="token-draining-transaction">Token-draining transaction</h3><p>By  signing these fishy transactions, you’re essentially bidding farewell  to a significant portion of your ETH and ERC-20 tokens. Hoping for  something in return? Well, we’ve got bad news for you: you won’t get a  thing. But there’s a good part — W3A won’t let this scam get you in the  first place.</p><p>Just pay attention to the warnings we send you, deal?</p><h3 id="volatile-token-liquidity">Volatile token liquidity</h3><p>In  the world of decentralized exchanges (DEX), everything revolves around  trading pairs. If you want to sell a token but the liquidity of its  trading pair is low, there are high chances of causing a significant  price drop. It will affect both the token you sold and the one you  bought.</p><p>With  W3A by your side, you’ll receive a warning if you’re about to initiate  such a transaction. This way, you can evaluate the risks and make a  thoughtful decision on whether to proceed.</p><h3 id="no-dex-pair">No DEX pair</h3><p>Expanding on the significance of DEX pairs, if a token has none, you won’t have the option to sell it whatsoever.</p><p>But don’t worry — W3A will warn you about such tokens as well.</p><h3 id="risk-display-reorganization">Risk display reorganization</h3><p>The  variety of scams and risks you can face when making transactions in  web3 is endless.
