ExtraEmily is renowned in the Twitch community for her innovative In-Real-Life (IRL) content. One notable example of her unique content occurred in May when she buried herself in a plastic trash bin filled with dirt, leaving only her head visible above the soil. This unconventional spectacle took place in the backyard of fellow OTK streamer Mizkif. Additionally, ExtraEmily garnered attention during an IRL stream in which the police were called during her live-streamed kayaking adventure.
