<p>Neural networks, as we know them, mirror the structure of biological neural networks. However, they don’t delve deep into replicating the intricate physics of the biological process. Their primary purpose is to mimic the functionality, focusing on signal transmission and basic processing. The origin of these networks traces back to the 1940s and 1950s when pioneers like Warren McCulloch, Walter Pitts, and Frank Rosenblatt simplified biological neurons and conceptualized mathematical neurons.</p>
<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="the-core-components-of-mathematical-neurons">The core components of Mathematical neurons</h2>
<p>1. Input vector and weights: This pertains to the series of numbers coming to the neuron and an associated weight matrix. This matrix is adjusted during learning, simulating synaptic plasticity in living systems.</p>
<p>2. The Adder: A part of the model that combines input parameters multiplied by their weights.</p>
<p>3. Neuron Activation Function: It sets the output signal parameters based on the adder’s input.</p>
<p>4. Subsequent neurons: These are the next neurons in the sequence that receive signals from the current neuron.</p>
<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="layers-in-neural-networks">Layers in neural networks</h2>
<p>Neural networks comprise multiple layers:</p>
<p>1. Receptor layer: Captures digital information from the surroundings.</p>
<p>2. Associative or hidden layer: Consists of mathematical neurons that remember parameters and detect correlations and nonlinear dependencies. It is in these layers that the AI magic occurs, creating mathematical abstractions and generalizations.</p>
<p>3. Output layer: Contains neurons responsible for specific classes or probabilities.</p>

<p>While modern neural networks excel at recognizing patterns and making predictions, they lack a fundamental understanding of individual preferences and biases. Historically, neurons were seen merely as conductors. However, recent research suggests neurons are individual entities, each with its unique response to signals. This individuality forms the foundation of our personality and preferences.</p>

<p>AI must evolve from static neural networks to dynamic neural matrices for it to truly mimic living beings. The future AI will sport a mathematical neuron with a dynamic position function, simulating the AIS. Instead of acting based on pre-set algorithms, it will operate based on its unique preference matrix. This new breed of AI will learn, make errors, and develop its character, much like living organisms.</p>

<p>With the advent of the neural matrix, AI will not just be a tool but an active entity with its own personality. It will develop a unique perspective towards sensory information by continually adjusting its preference matrix. Moreover, this technology will pave the way for personal AI that can mimic specific human personalities using neurocomputer interfaces.</p>
<p>As we transition from neural networks to neural matrices, we’re not just enhancing AI capabilities but redefining life in the digital realm. AI will shift from passive objects to active participants, reshaping our reality.</p>
