<p>Coins.ph and Circle Internet Financial, have partnered to increase awareness of USDC-denominated remittances for the 18 million Filipino users of Coins.ph. USDC is a fully-backed digital dollar that runs on global blockchains, offering a low-cost and near-instant solution for international money transfers. The initiative aims to improve the existing remittance landscape in the Philippines, starting with education and community engagement campaigns. The partnership supports the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal of reducing the cost of migrant remittances to less than 3% by 2023.</p>
