<p>In a new video analysis on the crypto laws news platform, ‘Crypto Law’, on X (formerly Twitter), high-profile attorney John Deaton hailed a federal judge’s rejection of the SEC’s appeal request in its ongoing lawsuit against Ripple as a “masterful” decision ensuring trial success.</p>

<p>In the ongoing legal battle between the SEC and Ripple Labs, a new development has emerged that favors the San Francisco startup. On Wednesday, Judge Analisa Torres denied the SEC’s request to file an interlocutory appeal of her previous ruling that dismissed the regulator’s claim that Ripple’s sales of XRP constitute an unregistered securities offering.</p>
