Deus X Capital, a crypto-focused investment firm with operations in Malta, London, and the United Arab Emirates, launched today, according to <a href="https://www.theblock.co/post/253773/deus-x-capital-launches-with-former-galaxy-exec-tim-grant-as-ceo" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">reports</a> from TheBlock. Former Galaxy Digital top executive Tim Grant will sit at the company’s helm as its chief executive officer (CEO). 
According to the announcement, Deus X Capital claims to have raised $1 billion in investment assets and capital. The company said the funds will be put into private equity, venture capital, venture building, and fund allocation opportunities. 
Before stepping in as the CEO role at Deus X Capital, Grant served as the head of EMEA for Galaxy Digital. He also previously held CEO roles at SIX Group Digital Exchange and R3 Lab and Research Centre.
