Janiszewski:</strong> Exploring the future path of Lean healthcare.</li><li><strong>Joanna Czerska:</strong> Tackling challenges in Lean Emergency Hospital Departments with a comprehensive case study.</li><li><strong>Arkadiusz Baraniok:</strong> Implementing Lean in small businesses.</li><li><strong>Karolina Zagajewska:</strong> Unraveling the daily replenishment of fresh products on retail shelves with Lean in trade.</li><li><strong>Bartosz Misiurek:</strong> Leading a revolution in community building and employee rewards within organizations.</li></ul><h3 id="spotlight-on-corporate-token">Spotlight on Corporate Token</h3><p>The last session of the conference, presented by Bartosz Misiurek, showcased the innovative concept of Corporate Token powered by Leancoin and built on the Solana blockchain. He currently serves as a TWI Global Coach in the Automotive industry, aiding in the implementation of standardized work across various continents. Since 2015, he has held the CEO position at Leantrix, one of Poland’s leading Lean consulting firms. In 2020, he embarked on the global Leancoin project based on blockchain technology, boasting a market capitalization of over $1M.
