<p>Li Auto Inc. is a company that manufactures and sells electric vehicles with a range extension system and smart vehicle features. Its product, Li ONE, is a large SUV that runs on both electricity and gasoline. The company’s founder is Xiang Li, who started the company in April 2015 in Beijing, China.</p> 
<p>LI had a strong upward trend between May to October last year, before the start of 2023. The LI price recovered from $13 and increased gradually. The price reached its highest point of the year at $47 by August 7th, 2023, making new highs and lows along the way.</p> 
<p>The latest quarterly report for the period ending June 2023 showed a revenue of $4.08 Billion, a net income of $326.66 Million, and a profit margin of 8%, and seems the net income and profit margin in LI are inclining in the last few quarter reports. However, the annual profit margin is still negative. The next quarter’s revenue is estimated to be $4.523 Billion.</p> 
<p>Li Auto latest quarterly balance sheet for the period ending June 2023 reported a total assets of $12.45 Billion and total liabilities of $5.95 Billion. The annual trends show that the LI assets have grown a lot in the last three years, but so have the liabilities of the stock, which have increased every year. This has also raised the debt-to-assets ratio from 18% to 47%, which might be a concern for LI stock.</p> 
<p>Furthermore, LI does not offer any kind of dividends to its shareholders. It seems most unlikely that LI stock will pay any amount of dividends in the future either. This means that the shareholders do not get any regular income from the LI Auto stock and this reduces the attractiveness of the stock for many investors.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Li Auto Inc. (NASDAQ: LI) is experiencing a sharp decline from $47, following a downward trendline since August 2023 and since then making lower lows and highs. The current market price of LI stock is $35.36.</p> 
<p>The <a href="https://www.thecoinrepublic.com/2023/09/21/how-will-li-auto-li-stock-react-to-the-jump-in-car-sales-in-china/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">stock</a> may continue to fall further and break below $33, which could lead to a target of $30.
