<p>House Majority Whip Tom Emmer introduced the Central Bank Digital Currency Anti-Surveillance State Act. Fox Business reported that the bill is Republican-backed and aims to prevent the Federal Reserve and its member banks from issuing a digital version of the dollar.</p>
