Telegram Bot project Banana Gun announced it has refunded 740 $ETH to 591 wallets, which is the first part of its compensation plan.
On September 11, Banana Gun's token $BANANA nearly went to zero in only one and a half hours after the launch, due to a bug in the contract. The project said it would compensate affected users and took a snapshot at block 18115275. In addition, Banana Gun would launch a new token and conduct airdrops. According to a statement, Banana Gun has different plans for three types of users:
<ul>
 <li>People who held tokens at the snapshot and didn't sell, as well as unclaimed presalers: the same amount of new tokens</li>
 <li>People who bought tokens after the snapshot: get back $ETH in full (already distributed)</li>
 <li>People who sold tokens after Banana Gun issued warnings: different compensation solutions based on different situations</li>
</ul>
Meanwhile, Banana Gun said it will offer incentives for people to hold onto their coins after relaunch. The new LP pool will be restored at the snapshot price ($6.2).
