Faces Allegations in Crypto Pump-and-Dump Case</h3><p>Judge Louis Stanton ruled that Micromobility.com Inc. must face allegations that they participated in a crypto pump-and-dump scheme making false promises about HelbizCoin, but dismissed claims against other defendants.</p>
