Seychelles-headquartered top cryptocurrency exchange OKX and USDC issuer Circle have jointly <a href="https://www.circle.com/en/pressroom/okx-and-circle-jointly-announce-leading-edge-usdc-experience-on-okx-wallet-and-okx-dex-aggregator">announced</a> a new partnership. 
This strategic alliance will integrate USDC features on OKX Wallet and the OKX DEX aggregator with Circle’s Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP).&nbsp;Markedly, the <a href="https://thecoinrise.com/want-to-be-listed-on-okx-choose-thecoinrise-token-listing-service/">integration</a> of USDC features comes without network fees. 
Per the official announcement, “Launching today&nbsp;and continuing until&nbsp;October 5, OKX and Circle’s joint ‘USDC Zero Network Fee Campaign’ enables OKX Wallet&nbsp;Smart Account&nbsp;users to enjoy zero network fee transactions.” 
<h2 id="b-okx-wallet-smart-account-users-get-5-feeless-transactions-b-span-style-font-weight-400-span">OKX Wallet Smart Account Users Get 5 Feeless Transactions&nbsp;</h2> 
This&nbsp;‘USDC Zero Network Fee Campaign’ will avail OKX Wallet Smart Account users the opportunity to perform five feeless on-chain transactions in a day on one device. 
If a user exceeds their daily limitations, the feeless transactions will be paused temporarily and customers will be notified as soon as possible. At 4 p.m. every day, the total reward and user’s feeless transaction count resets.&nbsp; 
The discount is still available for the next 27 days and applies only to USDC, not any unofficially released assets.&nbsp; 
<h2 id="b-terms-and-conditions-apply-on-okx-feeless-transactions-b-span-style-font-weight-400-span">Terms and Conditions Apply on OKX Feeless Transactions&nbsp;</h2> 
Although, the feeless transactions are only available for ‘Slow’, ‘Average’, and ‘Fast’ transfer speeds on version 6.26.0 and above of the OKX Wallet applications. Also, <a href="https://thecoinrise.com/usdc-embraces-6-new-blockchains-as-coinbase-acquire-stake-in-circle/">It can be made across seven networks</a>, including Ethereum, OKTC, BNB Chain, Polygon, Optimism, Arbitrum One, and Avalanche C. 
This offering is available to OKX users in <a href="https://thecoinrise.com/okx-exchange-becomes-the-latest-to-win-license-to-operate-in-dubai/">all regions except the United Arab Emirates</a>. The restriction on UAE could result from a clause noted in the <a href="https://www.okx.com/help-center/free-gas-campaigns-t-and-cs-and-disclaimers">‘Terms &amp; Conditions’</a> of the firm. It highlighted that; 
“the campaign is also not intended for distribution to,…., any person in a jurisdiction where such distribution or access would be contrary to applicable laws or regulations.”

Participants are expected to hold a minimum of 10 USDC in their wallets in order for them to join the campaign. Noteworthy, the minimum waiver per transaction is 5 USDC, hence, if the network fee charged for a transaction is more than 5 USDC, such transaction will not be eligible for the feeless discount.&nbsp;
