As per the recent <a href="https://cointelegraph.com/news/binance-pierre-gasly-f1-helmet-art-abu-dhabi-gp">reports</a>, Binance declared a competition for a helmet design, and the winning piece of all artworks would be used as the helmet logo for Pierre Gasly of the Alpine Formula One team for the coming Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, which will be held on November 26, 2023. 
<h2 id="span-style-font-weight-400-binance-to-showcase-its-principles-span">Binance to Showcase its Principles</h2> 
The crypto exchange claims helmet designs that engage the racing community and showcase Binance’s principles and innovative attitude have a greater potential of winning. In addition, participants don’t have to be Binance users, which gives a chance to those who aren’t into cryptocurrency-based racing.&nbsp; 
<h3 id="span-style-font-weight-400-deadline-set-at-sept-15-span">Deadline Set at Sept. 15</h3> 
The deadline for helmet design submissions is September 8, and the winner will be announced by September 15. It is also reported that along with the cash prize, Gasly will autograph a replica helmet for the winner.&nbsp; 
<h2 id="span-style-font-weight-400-engagement-with-f1-fans-span">Engagement with F1 Fans</h2> 
The Italian Grand Prix champion Gasly said the partnership with Binance gave him the chance “to engage with both the F1 and crypto communities in a creative and innovative way.”&nbsp; 
Gasly said: “I can’t wait to show off the winning design that will showcase our shared innovative spirit that will accompany me in the race at the prestigious Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.” 
<h3 id="span-style-font-weight-400-binance-expands-footprint-in-sports-span">Binance Expands Footprint in Sports</h3> 
Even though the market of crypto currencies is still relatively young, there have been significant financial investments made in order to increase participation in games and sports.
