As a result, ETH stakers located outside the EU must comply with MiCA if they intend to offer their services to customers in the EU.</p><h3 id="what-are-the-benefits-and-challenges-of-mica-for-eth-stakers">What are the benefits and challenges of MiCA for ETH stakers?</h3><p>The MiCA regulations could have a significant impact on ETH staking in the EU.
