According to recent reports, the lawyers of the ill-famed <a href="https://coinedition.com/tag/Bankman-Fried/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Sam Bankman-Fried</a> have put forward their objection to the prosecutors’ current proposal to provide SBF access to discovery materials before his criminal trial in October, alleging that the plan is “plainly inadequate.” In a Twitter thread posted earlier today, Adam Cochran, the founder of the venture capital firm Cinneamhain Ventures (CEHV), lambasted the lawyers at their request for more “time to prepare.”
