Last year, <a href="https://ultramining.com/news/en/russia-s-energy-ministry-charges-forward-to-legalize-crypto-mining/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Russia</a>'s largest <a href="https://ultramining.com/news/en/blockstream-aims-for-bitcoin-profit-with-mining-rig-investment-ahead-of-2024-halving/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">mining companies</a> generated 11.5 billion rubles in revenue. <a href="https://ultramining.com/news/rossiya-sravnyalas-s-ssha-po-tempam-rosta-majninga-kriptovalyut/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">BitRiver</a>, Intelion, and BitCluster accounted for over 80% of this, dominating the market. <a href="https://ultramining.com/news/rossiya-sravnyalas-s-ssha-po-tempam-rosta-majninga-kriptovalyut/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">BitRiver</a> led with 7882 million rubles, followed by Intelion at 1032 million, and BitCluster at 716 million, according to <a href="https://www.rbc.ru/crypto/news/64e5ba809a794753ddc0a810" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">rbc</a>. 
<a href="https://ultramining.com/news/rossiya-sravnyalas-s-ssha-po-tempam-rosta-majninga-kriptovalyut/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">BitRiver</a>, founded in 2017, exceeded 300 MW computing capacity in 2022. Intelion, also founded in 2017, became a resident of <a href="https://ultramining.com/news/en/russia-s-energy-ministry-charges-forward-to-legalize-crypto-mining/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Russia</a>'s Arctic zone in 2023. BitCluster, operating since 2017, has a total computing capacity of approximately 60 MW. 
Other top companies include CryptoReactor, Sibmain, GIS Mining, Mining Cluster, and Promminer. Their total computational capacity reaches 740 MW, with 1 GW under development.
