This shift was further emphasized when the price fell below its 200-day moving average, which was pegged at $38. <p>For those unfamiliar with the Channel Down pattern, it’s a scenario where the price is expected to remain within its channel trendlines. Traders often initiate trades based on the fluctuations within these trendlines. However, when there’s a complete pattern, which means a breakout, trades are usually initiated when the price breaks through the channel’s trendlines. This could be on the upper or lower side. Once this occurs, the price can move swiftly in the direction of the breakout.</p>
