Joseph, a Corporations and Tax Law professor at Stanford Law School, allegedly helped his son establish shell companies, which were used to </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">perpetuate</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> the fraud associated with FTX.</span></p>

Bankman-Fried’s mother, Barbara Fried, operates a political action committee (PAC) that assists Democrats.&nbsp;</span></p>
