Among these risks, a prominent spectrum encompasses fraudulent activities, a perplexing landscape of legal ambiguities, instances of misleading representations, nascent and underdeveloped risk management practices, as well as inherent vulnerabilities embedded within crypto trading platforms.

These developments signify positive momentum, yet the US still finds itself without a comprehensive regulatory structure tailored to the nuances of the crypto landscape.
