<p>Bill Morgan, lawyer, and crypto enthusiast, thinks the SEC wants to define all crypto under securities law. Morgan believes the recent activities by the SEC do not target just <a href="https://coinedition.com/what-is-a-cryptocurrency-exchange-how-does-it-work/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">crypto exchanges</a> but also wallet developers and providers.</p>
