 <p class="is-style-lead">Crypto cloud mining service platform Bitdeer has completed the construction of its new mining facility in Bhutan.</p> 
 <p>The company explained that at the end of July, they had acquired approximately 23,000 newly purchased <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" title="mining" href="https://thebittimes.com/tag/mining.html">mining</a> machines, with 7,000 additional machines currently in transit to the Gedu Datacenter.</p> 
 <p>The CEO of Bitdeer, Linghui Kong, said in a press release that the power-on testing was already underway. Around 11,000 miners are running stably, and an additional 15,000 <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" title="mining" href="https://thebittimes.com/tag/mining.html">mining</a> machines arrived at the data center in July.</p>

 <p>The company works in three directions: self-<a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" title="mining" href="https://thebittimes.com/tag/mining.html">mining</a>, hash rate sharing, and hosting.</p> 
 <p>During the last few months, the company has been partnering with the Bhutan government for the release of its new mining facility.</p> 
 <p>Bitdeer is seeking to expand its presence in the Southeast Asian country. The company has been facing criticism regarding the environmental impact that its new <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" title="mining" href="https://thebittimes.com/tag/mining.html">mining</a> <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" title="facility" href="https://thebittimes.com/tag/facility.html">facility</a> could have.</p> 
 <p>Bitdeer is already running mining data centers in other countries, such as the US and Norway, along with its partner, Druk.</p>
