<p>Former SEC official Bill Hinman is under increasing scrutiny following concerns of potential conflicts of interest and bias within the crypto space over his infamous speech. In response, Ripple Labs’ Chief Legal Officer, Stuart Alderoty, calls for a comprehensive investigation into the actions of the then-SEC Division of Corporation Finance Director.</p>
