The WEMIX Foundation has been storing and managing its non-circulating WEMIX in the Ceffu custodial wallet since July, following the official onboarding process completed in March, 2023. (<a href="https://medium.com/wemix-communication/wemix-announces-ceffu-formerly-binance-custody-as-custodian-dbf8eec488e1" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Medium post on Ceffu Custody</a>)Through the Ceffu custodianship, the Foundation has aimed to improve the security and transparency of its assets. In addition to the custodying of the assets, various implementations have been considered to make the asset transfer process more efficient and even more secure. As a result, the decision was made to implement Fireblocks&#39; asset management platform to support WEMIX from August 8th, 2023.Fireblocks&#39; asset management platform offers both convenience and a secure environment for transaction execution, safeguarding against external attacks. In addition, Fireblocks network also offers the benefit of enabling transactions to be compliant to multiple jurisdictional standards which include AML, to further boost the scope of asset protection and security in institutional digital asset management. Furthermore, integration of Fireblocks network for WEMIX will expand the accessibility of the digital asset by connecting it with more than 1800 existing addresses including institutions, regulated entities, and exchanges.With the implementation of Fireblocks&#39; platform, the process for external transfers of the Foundation&#39;s assets will involve the following steps:<ol><li>Initial transfer of Foundation-owned WEMIX stored in the Ceffu wallet to the Foundation wallet within the Fireblocks platform</li><li>Subsequent transfer from the Fireblocks Foundation wallet to external wallets based on the intended use which will be disclosed through announcements.</li></ol>Ceffu Reserve Wallet: <a href="https://explorer.wemix.com/address/0x707505ba20f8149a6515d64ec02d5be4c4724b35/txs" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">0x707505ba20f8149a6515d64ec02d5be4c4724b35</a> Fireblocks Foundation Wallet: <a href="https://explorer.wemix.com/address/0xAfB21f146EFCc7f500c9CA18C08Fbc10CC037b64/txs" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">0xAfB21f146EFCc7f500c9CA18C08Fbc10CC037b64</a>*The use of the Fireblocks platform by the WEMIX Foundation does not affect the circulating/non-circulating volume of WEMIX monitored through Xangle Livewatch. Therefore, Fireblocks platform implementation will not affect the current state of circulating volume of WEMIX and will follow the existing guidelines in place to distinguish changes in circulating supply.The implementation of Fireblocks&#39; platform following the Ceffu custody, WEMIX Foundation has progressively enhanced the security and transparency of its asset management system.
