<h2 id="header-0">FTX Founder SBF Accused of Leaking Private Papers in DOJ Complaint</h2><p>FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried (<strong><a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/crypto-blogs-details/a-man-the-world-is-talking-about-speaks-sbfs-public-disclosure" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">SBF</a></strong>) faces a new complaint by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) for allegedly leaking private papers of Caroline Ellison, a former business ally and romantic partner turned government witness. The DOJ accuses SBF of attempting to discredit Ellison by sharing her personal writings with a reporter, potentially interfering with a fair trial. FTX collapsed in Nov 2022, followed by multiple lawsuits against SBF, including fraud and illegal political donations. He is set to appear in court on Oct 2.</p>
