  <p>These discussions, as fruitful as they were varied, led to the emergence of a proposal supported by the community itself: Minimum Viable Governance (MVG).</p>

  <h2 id="h-cardano-and-cip-1694-the-advent-of-participatory-governance">Cardano and CIP-1694: the advent of Participatory Governance</h2> 
  <p><a href="https://www.essentialcardano.io/development-update/weekly-development-report-as-of-2023-07-14" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">CIP-1694’s participatory approach</a> is based on voting sessions open to the entire community.
