<a target="_blank" href="https://tokeninsight.com/en/exchanges/binance">Binance</a> announced the latest project, Arkham ($ARKM), on Binance Launchpad. The token sale for Arkham will follow the Launchpad subscription format, with the recording of user <a target="_blank" href="https://tokeninsight.com/en/coins/binance-coin/overview">$BNB</a> balances starting at 0:00 UTC on July 11.
Binance will record user $BNB balances for six days from 0:00 UTC on July 11th to 0:00 UTC on July 17. The final $BNB holding amount for each user will be determined as the average of the six days.
The Subscription Period will last from 6:00 UTC on July 17 to 6:00 UTC on July 18. Token allocation will be announced at 7:00 UTC on July 18.
