According to local reports from <a href="https://www.digitalasset.works/news/articleView.html?idxno=3136" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Digital Asset</a>, the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors’ Office’s second financial investigation division imposed travel restrictions on key individuals associated with Haru Invest, Delio, and B&amp;S Holdings due to their alleged involvement in a <a href="https://koreajoongangdaily.joins.com/2023/06/18/business/finance/korea-haru-invest-delio/20230618174211256.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">criminal complaint</a> concerning fraudulent activities related to the suspension of digital asset withdrawals. 
The banned individuals include executives from Haru, the CEO of Delio Jeong Sang-ho, and a major shareholder of B&amp;S identified by the surname Bang. 
On June 13, the South Korean digital asset management platform Haru Invest <a href="https://haruinvest.com/blog/important-update-june-13-2023/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">suspended withdrawals</a> due to an “issue with one of the service partners,” identified as B&amp;S Holdings. Soon after, Delio halted withdrawals due to market volatility and the impact of <a href="https://coinedition.com/haru-invest-reports-internal-crisis-suspends-activities-today/">Haru Invest’s suspension</a> on June 14.
