The Terra Luna Classic core developer group, Joint L1 Task Force (L1TF), has recently submitted a proposal on Commonwealth, outlining their plan to build a community-owned wallet.   
Currently, Terra Classic utilizes L2 wallet dApp providers like TFL (Station), Keplr, and Trust Wallet, among others.   
However, none of these providers are owned by the community, as they are forked versions of Station Wallet owned by individual groups.   
According to the proposal, the L1TF intends to develop a web version of Station, as well as mobile apps for iOS and Android. Additionally, a Chrome browser extension will be created.

These efforts aim to enhance client wallet diversity, improve the Station codebase, and alleviate the testing and maintenance burden on TFL by handling L1 upgrades and maintenance on the Station following Terra Luna Classic upgrades.   
To ensure the smooth functioning of the community-owned wallet, the L1TF proposes the establishment of an independent L2 team.   
This team will be responsible for managing and maintaining the wallet, implementing necessary upgrades, minimizing end-user downtime, and conducting regular maintenance activities.   
During the third quarter of this year, the Joint L1 Task Force plans to develop a community-owned wallet without charging any fees.   
The costs associated with domain registration and hosting will be covered using the compute budget of the Joint L1 Task Force, eliminating the need for a separate community spending proposal.   
However, a monthly budget of up to $3,000 will be required for the ongoing management, maintenance, and upgrades of the wallet.
