<p>Investment firms WisdomTree and Invesco have applied for spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs), following BlackRock&#39;s recent filing. WisdomTree seeks approval from the SEC to list its &#34;WisdomTree Bitcoin Trust&#34; on the Cboe BZX<a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/crypto-currency-news/bitcoin-magazine-founder-urges-withdraw-from-exchanges" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow"> Exchange</a>. This is WisdomTree&#39;s third attempt, after previous rejections in 2021 and 2022. BlackRock&#39;s proposal differs by including a &#34;surveillance sharing agreement&#34; with the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Invesco also reactivated its application for an ETF shortly after WisdomTree filed. Fidelity Investments, managing $4.9 trillion in assets, is rumored to be considering its own Bitcoin ETF or an offer for Grayscale&#39;s GBTC ETF.</p>
