This allows Shido to process transactions fast and achieve single-block finality as low as 1 second. Its composed of a Byzantine-Fault-Tolerance (BFT) system and Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus algorithm.Depending on the number of validators active on Shido at any given point, we can process between 5,000 and 16,000 transactions per second (TPS). Although this is scalable as we can divide Shido into different zones, being able exponetially increase the number of transactions processed.Shido is combining this with the development power of EVM and deflationary tokenomics with our inbuilt burn function.
