Sam Bankman-Fried, the former CEO of FTX, has raised concerns over the missed discovery deadlines by prosecutors regarding crucial evidence needed for his defense against a range of fraud charges. In a letter to United States District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan on June 5, Bankman-Fried&#39;s legal team highlighted that the government had failed to provide all the contents of five electronic devices, which were supposed to be disclosed by the end of March. While Bankman-Fried is scheduled to appear in court on October 2 to face fraud charges, allegations of unlawful political donations, and bribes to the Chinese government, he expressed a desire to avoid an adjournment of the trial date. However, the letter mentioned the possibility of filing additional motions if the newly produced evidence provided grounds for such actions.Additionally, the letter stated that the government had also failed to provide information regarding FTX debtors, further hampering the defense&#39;s ability to adequately prepare for the trial. The letter revealed that the current productions amounted to an extensive volume, surpassing 3.6 million documents and over 10 million pages.
