To transfer Land, it should be added to the market at least once to allocate a price for it.So first go to the control panel and then choose “My asset” and use the “Market” option.After adding to the market and then removing it, follow the below steps:<a href="https://panel.metaverser.me/Myassets" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://panel.metaverser.me/Myassets</a>1. Enter My asset.2. Click on the “Transfer” button of the desired item.3. When the transfer lightbox opens, click on the “Step 1: Approve” button so that your token will get approved.4. After connecting to Metamask and confirming it in the same lightbox, you will see the “Approve $MTVT For Transfer” button. Click on it to confirm the $MTVT amount for transfer.5. After confirming the amount in the same lightbox, you can see the Receiver field, enter your destination address and click on “Step 2: Transfer” to transfer your token.
