<p>This is not the first time we’ve heard predictions that the Ripple vs. SEC trial could <a href="https://www.cointribune.com/ripple-vs-sec-decision-justice-iminente/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">end</a> in June. Once again, Garlinghouse has spoken about the possibility of a final verdict being reached this month. He mentioned this during the recent Redefine Tomorrow 2023 summit. While he didn’t delve deep into the proceedings of the trial or explain exactly why he expects a short-term verdict. It was evident that he was <a href="https://www.cointribune.com/ripple-vs-sec-les-courriels-de-hinman-sont-ils-la-cle-de-laffaire/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">confident</a>. He expressed great confidence in a favorable outcome arriving “in weeks, not months.”</p><div class="my-4"><div class="ads ">

<p>The Ripple CEO’s remarks have sparked further speculation on other platforms. News sites such as <a href="https://coinpedia.org/news/renowned-lawyer-anticipates-ripple-ipo-to-hit-100b-valuation-after-sec-case-is-over/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow">Coinpedia</a> have provided more detailed coverage of all the experts and supporters who have made similar predictions. Another expert, Charles Hoskinson, co-founder of Ethereum and Cardano, suggested that the trial could indeed conclude in June.</p>



<h2 id="optimistic-community-regarding-a-june-verdict">Optimistic community regarding a June verdict </h2>



<p>Ashley Prosper is an active member of the XRP community. He has highlighted several events that support the notion of a swift resolution to the Ripple vs. SEC case. He particularly emphasized Garlinghouse’s optimistic prediction about the trial timeline and certain suggestive interactions on social media.</p>

<p>The ongoing Ripple vs. SEC trial does not appear to hinder Ripple’s <a href="https://www.cointribune.com/incroyable-plan-expansion-de-ripple/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">expansion</a>. In recent months, the company has not acted as if it expects to lose this trial. Perhaps we will finally witness XRP’s price permanently and definitively surpass the $2 mark?</p>
