<h2 id="header-0">TECH UPDATES  </h2><p>As v1 progresses and we&#39;re gearing up for our new website&#39;s release, we&#39;ll keep the tech updates short this week.  All we can tell you is that Panther&#39;s relayers are ready to be coded, which opens up many possibilities, and that you can now see CTO <a href="https://twitter.com/anishmohammed" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">&#64;anishmohamme</a>d unveiling Panther’s inaugural research paper. It focuses on Panther&#39;s unique SNARK: PMONK.   Watch it on <a href="https://twitter.com/LeadingPrivacy" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">&#64;LeadingPrivacy</a>&#39;s <a href="https://youtu.be/tspwA3alQM0" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Youtube page</a>.<br /><br />The paper above is now available to the public. <a href="https://eprint.iacr.org/2023/788" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Here is the link</a> for the most tech- and math-savvy.</p><h2 id="header-1">GOVERNANCE  </h2><p>Last week, the Panther community approved PIP-14, formalizing our governance framework and introducing our new DAO Council members.   This propels us further along the path to decentralization.<br />And as a result, we welcomed new DAO Council members:  &#64;Santiag78758327 ,  &#64;privacyguru , and &#64;jilliangodsi!<br /><br />Following last week&#39;s approval of PIP-14, we’ve provided an overview of the procedure for submitting a Panther Improvement Proposal (PIP).  <a href="https://twitter.com/ZKPanther/status/1664534512825507841?s&#61;20" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">The thread</a> sheds light on the journey from conception to final implementation.<br /><br />Following this, PIP-15 was introduced as a routine procedure to renew Panther&#39;s Admin and Authors for Snapshot.  Uniquely, however, this would be the first time these roles are entirely handed over to non-contributors to Panther, also representing a move for decentralization.<br /><br />A few days ago, we announced that Co-Founder <a href="https://twitter.com/OriginalOlii" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">&#64;OriginalOlii</a> will share his insights on privacy at <a href="https://twitter.com/EBlockchainCon" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">&#64;EBlockchainCo</a>f 2023 in Barcelona, addressing an audience of 5000 Web3 ecosystem participants.
