<p>Chicago-based crypto insurance underwriter Evertas is expanding its coverage limits and adding mining operations coverage. The company will now offer per-policy coverage limits of $420 million for custodial <strong><a href="https://www.coingabbar.com/en/crypto-blogs-details/what-you-must-know-investing-crypto" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">crypto assets</a></strong>, nearly tripling the previous limit, and up to $200 million for mining operations, the highest coverage limits available. Evertas raised $14 million in a Series A funding round six months ago, bringing its total funding to $19.8 million. The move aims to address the lack of comprehensive coverage in the cryptocurrency insurance market, which currently insures less than 1% of all crypto assets.</p>
