The large whale <a href="https://www.ethnews.com/dogecoin-traders-anticipate-double-boost-from-tesla-earnings-and-starship-launch/">received</a> 215,370,734 DOGE from a top-20 Dogecoin wallet, paying less than $5 to process the multi-million-dollar transaction.</p>
