On March 22, the SEC issued a wells notice to Coinbase, stating that SEC staff had recommended that the agency take enforcement action regarding "possible violations of securities laws" involving some of the firm's asset listings, staking services, and Coinbase Wallet.Europe is winning, according to a March 23 blog post.
