We also want to remind you all enthusiasts of the way to rent and lend an NFT so here we go:Here are the steps to rent an NFT!1. Enter <a href="https://rent.webuynft.xyz/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">https://rent.webuynft.xyz/</a> and click on ‘Rent’ to see the NFTs.· ⓐ is a black window. You can search for an NFT with the artist or NFTs name.· ⓑ is where you will be able to see the status of the NFT you want to see. Available means that it is ready to be rented, where Rented stands for already lent NFTs.· ⓒ can change the NFT display status by selecting a more detailed category. Change to NFT display status to mainnet, Latest Item, by Price, Collateral, etc.2. You can check the details of the NFT you want to rent.3. Once you enter the rental duration in ‘Enter Duration’ the ‘Total Amount’ which is the rental fee and collateral will be automatically calculated together. Once you return the NFT, the collateral will be returned.4. Click on ‘Rent Now’ to rent!5. You will need to confirm a couple of things when renting. Follow the steps and click on the ‘Approve’ and ‘Rent’ button.6. The renting process has been completed. Click on ‘Go Dashboard’ to confirm.· ⓐ will allow you to confirm the rent duration. If the NFT is not returned on time, the collateral and rental fees will be given to the NFT owner.· ⓑ will allow you to check basic information of the NFT. You can view the information while renting the NFT.· You can return the NFT before the rental period once you click the ‘Return’ button. We will look at Return in-depth in the next guide!7. If you go back to the ‘Rent’ page, you can check that the NFT you have rented is already rented/borrowed.Here are the steps to lend your NFT!1. If you click LEND on the left hand side, a pop-up window will appear.2. Enter the contract address of the NFT and check the ‘terms and conditions’ and click on the ‘Connect &amp; Check’ button.3. Once you have finished the above, the NFT will be added on the ‘Lend’ list. Click on the ‘LEND’ button once you have filled it out.4. You will be able to configure the NFT lease/lending agreements via pop-up window.· Choose the “currency” you want to receive as a deposit for PAYMENT TOKEN. As the beta is only run on Klaytn for now, choose oUSDT.· Under the ‘CATEGORY’ section, please choose whether the NFT is P2E, Art, Utility, or etc.5. You can choose the price/fee in the next box.· When choosing the deposit of the NFT, please consider the price of your NFT. IF the deposit is too low or too cheap, the renter may not return your NFT which may incur in losses.· You can set the daily rental costs/fees of the NFT. However, if the price of the NFT is too high, people may not rent your NFT.· Set the duration of the rental period after considering whether you may or may not need the NFT during the rental period.Note:Once you set the information and details of the NFT, you can’t change the information. You will have to remove the NFT from the ‘lending’ list and relist the NFT.6. We’re at the final stages of lending your NFT! Your NFT will be momentarily stored in the WeRent platform. Please follow the steps above. If you click on ‘View transaction’ you will be able to see the previous transactions that have occured on the WeRent platform.7. Please don’t leave or exit the page until you have finished the last step.8. You can now view your NFT “Lending” information. Please confirm and check the details/information of the NFT.9. Other users can check the information of the NFT by clicking on either Klaytnscope or OpenSea as the NFT will be automatically linked and connected.10. You can add ‘Descriptions’ to activate the ‘Lend’ function. It is ideal to write the description short, yet interesting! Click the ‘Add’ button once you have finished describing your NFT!11. Click on ‘Enable Lend’ to start lending your NFT!12. You can check the NFTs you are currently lending on the Dashboard ‘Lending’ category.13.
