Could you please share about your latest launch ALP and what it is about?<ul><li>Certainly! ALP stands for ApolloX Liquidity Pool.</li><li>ALP is the platform’s liquidity provider token representing a basket of assets — BUSD, USDT and BNB coming soon.</li><li>ApolloX Lite Mode is a new trading interface hosting ALP-PERP contracts. The ALP liquidity pool supplies liquidity for ALP-PERP markets and is the counterparty for all trades in Lite Mode. Hope that clarifies!</li></ul>2. I am curious, what will the new token allocation be with the launch of ALP?<ul><li>That is a great question. Could you elaborate on what influences the price of ALP?<ul><li>The price of ALP is influenced by traders. Trading PnL is credited to ALP asset value, hence holders can profit when ALP asset value increases.</li></ul>4. Could you please share more about the trading markets for ALP?<ul><li>There are 3 ALP-PERP (BUSD) trading markets on ApolloX DEX. We are planning to add more in the future!</li></ul>*On Feb. 1, 2023, ApolloX added 5 new ALP-PERP markets to Lite Mode. There are now 8 ALP-PERP (BUSD) trading markets on ApolloX DEX.5. Building on that, who is the counterparty of ALP trading?<ul><li>The ALP pool is a counterparty to the traders; as ALP token holders provide the liquidity.</li><li>Anyone can become a supplier of this liquidity pool and, in return, earn rewards.</li><li>Users who want to trade perpetual futures can do it as well by minting ALP</li><li>(Users can) trade and stake at the same time &#x1f60e;</li></ul>6. Will having high yield rewards lead to increased selling pressure on APX token?<ul><li>No, all rewards to ALP holders are diverted from previous trading rewards, so there will be no additional APX token emission.</li></ul>7. Adding on to that, Is the high yield staking simply coming from token emission/inflation?<ul><li>No, besides APX token reward, PNL from traders also affects ALP’s value, which is supposed to be a major effect.</li></ul>8. Something of interest to ApolloXplorers would be the buying and selling fees for ALP as well. What are the transaction fees like?<ul><li>The transaction fee for buying ALP is 0.1%, while the transaction fee for selling is 0.15%. For ALP-PERP trading fees, it’s 0.07%.</li></ul>9. What are some of the risk control strategies that will be implemented to protect users?<ul><li>For traders, the risk would be similar to trading of non-ALP pairs (USDT contracts)</li><li>For ALP holders, the major risk would come from large net positions held by ALP. We have a position limit for ALP to manage this risk which would be subject to adjustment from time to time.</li></ul><h3 id=""></h3><h3 id="segment-2-community-questions">Segment 2: Community Questions</h3>1. The first question is from &#64;CoinGyosu. In the future, far more people will be buying and staking ALP than it is today, and APY is expected to fall to worthless levels. Therefore, in order to grow the ALP pool, it seems that the reward pool should grow as the ALP system is activated. How about putting some of the ALP perp fees into the ALP staking reward pool? Or are there any other methods you are considering?Captain: That&#39;s a good suggestion, we do have plans to inject fees into the ALP pool. However as mentioned above, we expect that PNL from traders would be a driving source for the yield of ALP.2. The next question is from &#64;Asoo1986. I would love to know what&#39;s your strategy for the long term health of this project. What do we expect from ApolloX (ALP) in the next 2-5 years? What&#39;s your plan towards security for your investors? How do they plan to get the community more involved to take this to the next level?Captain: Good question, thanks for asking. I would say in this industry, 2 years is quite a long time. Hence, we make plans on a monthly basis, instead of a yearly basis. In general, there are 3 main directions that we aspire to achieve:<ol><li>More decentralisation in terms of both governance (DAO) and trading</li><li>More user friendliness</li><li>More secure; we work closely with BNB Chain for this aspect</li></ol>3. The third question is from &#64;bojagi31. How is BNB added to ALP and when are you thinking about it?Captain: Soon! Currently, BNB is confirmed to be added into the pool, so stay tuned for more information!4. The next question is from &#64;hodler29. What is ApolloX&#39;s biggest achievement in the previous year? And what is your priority this year?Captain: We have launched many new products and features last year like the ApolloX DEX Engine and DAO Governance. Our priority for now is to focus on ALP for sure, to boost both staking and trading.5. Now, here is our fifth and final question from &#64;SvetlanaZib. What partners, companies, does ApolloX plan to cooperate with in the future? And what does he expect from this partnership?Captain: We are talking to several partners who could possibly leverage ALP and build products on it, such as risk-free staking and borrowing-to-staking products.
