Philippine Blockchain Week hosts key industry experts, venture capitalists, and startups with AltSwitch on the pitching roster.

Upon arriving at the event, people are greeted with festive music accompanied by both ethnocultural and modern dancers. Upon entering the event, visitors can visit showcase booths where they can learn more about a particular company/project and what products or solutions they have to offer the industry. They can also participate in many interactive giveaway activities that reward participation with merchandise and other prizes.

VIP attendees were privileged to have close interactions with exhibitors, developers, and key industry leaders from the banking, business development, and venture capital industries, and AltSwitch was fortunate enough to be a community partner of the event. We were able to network with other startup founders trying to build solutions on the blockchain, with whom we were quick to exchange contact information to discover future areas of collaboration. One of them was a startup founder who, fascinatingly, was an early holder of our V1 token and is excited about the smart contract upgrade launch. We also had interactions with senior-level individuals from venture capital firms and banking institutions, who indulged our proposition by connecting and potentially pitching our startup fundraising campaign. These were aside from the main pitch opportunity in front of a panel of venture capitalists for a chance to secure a capital injection grant. Our CEO Carl Munsayac, accompanied by yours truly, CCO Carlo Nuque, and SMO Kaye Labay, presented our startup’s billion-dollar solution to digital asset theft and a key launch point for enterprises to capitalize on the lucrative blockchain industry.
