<p><a href="https://sourcedigital.net/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Source Digital</a>, a Metaverse-based platform, has announced its partnership with cloud gaming service <a href="https://www.blacknut.com/en" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Blacknut</a> to power the streaming of the Sansar Metaverse, a social virtual reality platform, and Source Activated Moments (SAMs).</p><h2 id="header-0">Initiating a Multi-Faceted Metaverse Portal</h2><p>Per the announcement, as of Q1 2023, Smart TV users would be able to gain access to Sansar by activating a Source APP on their devices to watch live events while exploring live events as mixed reality, cutting across between the physical world viewing and <a href="https://blockchainreporter.net/metaverse/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Metaverse</a>.</p><p>“This partnership seals what will certainly be a complete game changer for smart device users everywhere,” said Source Digital, Inc. Co-Founder/Chief Executive Officer Hank Frecon. Additionally, users can explore other <a href="https://blockchainreporter.net/metaverse/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Metaverse</a> worlds, play games, shop, access information, and engage with brands using their smart remotes or game controllers.</p><p><img src="https://academy-public.coinmarketcap.com/optimized-uploads/6939fcbdedf54dabb2e7e734b9a83970.png" /></p><p>When a user streams an event or program on their device with Blacknut running in the background, Sansar as the Metaverse creator authorizes a pop-up anytime there is a coordinating Source Activated Moment (SAM) that can be experienced, immersing the user into an alternative world where they can run the game via a smart remote, which can also be used to return them to the TV show.</p><h2 id="header-1">Providing Mass Adoption of Metaverse Content</h2><p>According to Chief Executive Officer Chance Richie, Blacknut and Source Digital partnership will initiate “mass <a href="https://blockchainreporter.net/adoption/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">adoption</a> of shoppable, interactive Metaverse content from the TV – the world’s most ubiquitous interactive device.”</p><p>Olivier Avaro, CEO at Blacknut, added, “Blacknut recognized early on the importance of democratizing interactive entertainment to the general public by breaking all hardware barriers.
