[Day 146] — Sixteenth meme contest, Moby’s army on hiatus, and the new website is finally online! Let’s go.
GM, Duckers.
GM, dear people from the future.
I’m Mark Duckerberg, and this is my entry #21 on this journal.
GM, dear people from the future.
I’m Mark Duckerberg, and this is my entry #21 on this journal.
This past week has been extremely quiet. I don’t know if I’ve mentioned it here before, but Warren, MD and I have a private group on Telegram, which we use to redirect all the messages from community members during the week that are to be used to write this journal. This is to describe the adventure as accurately as possible. Well, this week, we didn’t take any notes. The community is very quiet, and it’s always more or less the same people who participate.
The sixteenth meme contest
We are still continuing with our contests, and this one has the FiFa soccer world cup as its theme. As I write this (Monday, not Sunday because yesterday I had to finish the new website, and I didn’t have time to write the diary) the submissions are finished, and the community is voting, thanks to the “red heart” recation on Telegram. In next Sunday’s entry, I’ll be able to show you the big winner, who will win 50,000 duckers.
Silent week
It seems that the silences have returned to the community. We still have active members, but they are few in number and sometimes hours can go by without a single message being posted. I know for a fact that this is all related to the Ducker chart: when the volume is very low, and the trend is down, then that’s how the community becomes. I think that if one day Ducker goes up very high, so that the community doubles or triples, then the low volume moments will not have a significant impact on the atmosphere in the Telegram group, since the number of active members, whatever the conditions, will have increased significantly. Cheers.
The new website is finally online
FINALLY! After weeks of work, the new website is finally online. Nothing to do with the first one, this one is much more graphic and animated.
