MOBLAND

<p>We have seen the evolution of NFTs since inception and the innovation along with it. NFT 1.0 was introduced through the creation of PFPs and digital collectibles. NFT 2.0 was introduced through the creation of virtual Land in the form of parcels. MOBLAND has introduced the next layer, NFT 3.0, through the creation of revenue-generating business licenses. This will ensure there is immediate utility for Turf (land) within MOBLAND.</p><p>The business licenses are on-chain businesses which immediately provide a range of unique opportunities for capitalists, mercenaries, and grinders within the #MafiaMetaverse. Each business license needs an area of Turf where they will run their business. Turf is MOBLAND’s in-game land parcels that can be traded on-chain.</p><p>Turf is an important asset in the MOBLAND ecosystem as it is the foundational layer upon which the businesses are operating and generating value. Players need Turf to operate, manage, expand, battle, and produce in-game BUD using Digital Weed farms.</p><h2 id="header-0">MOBLAND TURF Attributes</h2><p>MOBLAND Turf has two main attributes: <strong>Area (size) &amp; <em>Farm Stake Bonus</em></strong></p><h3 id="strong-area-size-strong"><strong>Area (size)</strong></h3><p>There are five different sizes of Turf :<strong><em> 4x4, 6x6, 8x8, 10x10, 12x12</em></strong>. Each turf has a Farm Stake bonus that will incentivize farm owners to stake on turf. The larger the turf, the higher the Farm Stake Bonus.</p><h2 id="header-1">LEASE &amp; EARN</h2><p>As a MOBLAND Turf owner, there are multiple avenues to generate in-game rewards but the two primary avenues are:</p><ol><li><strong>Own &amp; Operate: </strong>Deploy your own Digital Weed Farm(s) on the Turf, operate the farm(s) and earn in-game BUD.</li><li><strong>Lending: </strong>Lend the Turf to other players and earn a fee denominated in SEED.</li><li><strong>Fractionalized Lending: </strong>Deploy your own Digital Weed Farm(s), operate the farm(s) and earn in-game BUD &amp; Lend a portion of your Turf to other players and earn a fee denominated in SEED.</li></ol><p>Turf owners will lend their Turf on MOBLAND’s in-game marketplace where they determine the lease terms such as the duration, lease area, and fee structure. Lease agreements will be executed on-chain for transparency without the need of intermediaries.</p><p>As the #MafiaMetaverse expands, there will be additional revenue generating business licenses introduced to the MOBLAND ecosystem. These business licenses will need Turf to operate and produce in-game resources and commodities. Turflords (turf owners) will be able to operate different types of revenue generating business licenses simultaneously, opening up new strategies and creating a robust economy within the #MafiaMetaverse.</p><p>Turf &amp; Farm sale details will be released next week &#x1f91d;!</p><h2 id="header-2">ABOUT MOBLAND</h2><p>MOBLAND is the first-ever Mafia Metaverse.
