The training will be provided by the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA). The initiative aims to accelerate the adoption of the technology and position Nigeria as a leader in the blockchain business.As per the reports, the announcement was made by Kashifu Inuwa, the director-general of NITDA, who encouraged Nigerians to take advantage of the scholarships that have been made available for this purpose.Inuwa also claimed that the government's push to teach a large number of Nigerians is intended to ensure that they are early solution providers in the fourth industrial revolution.The reports further added that NITDA's training program will be offered to learners from all 36 states in Nigeria. The reports noted that learners who finish the course will be eligible to participate in a London incubation program.
